Participant Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
Event: ISA International Sign Expo 2026

Date: April 8-10, 2026

Location: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida

In consideration of THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC ("TWI") allowing me to participate in the contests and/or training in their booth at the event described above (the "Event"); I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the "Agreement"):

My participation in any contests or training is voluntary. Furthermore, I assume all risks associated with participation in any contests or training within THE WRAP INSTITUTE'S booth and release THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC from any and all claims of loss and/or damage that may arise during such participation.

A. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY I hereby Release, Waive, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the following parties (the "Released Parties"): THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC, including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, TWI sponsors, the Orange County Convention Center, the International Sign Association, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members, agents, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors (Individually and Collectively, the "Released Parties"), from all liability, loss, claims, demands, possible causes of action, court costs, attorneys' fees and other expenses arising from lawsuit that may otherwise accrue from any loss, damage or injury (including death and dismemberment) to my person or property in any way resulting from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to, liability arising from a negligent act, fault or omission of the entities or persons released, from any known or unknown risks which could lead to disability, personal injury, sickness (including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases), property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me by my participation in the Event.

B. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I acknowledge that participation in vehicle wrapping contests, training activities, and demonstrations involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: cuts, abrasions, or injuries from tools (such as knives, squeegees, heat guns, and other wrapping equipment); exposure to adhesives, chemicals, or fumes; slips, trips, and falls; injuries from lifting or moving materials; repetitive motion injuries; heat-related injuries; and other hazards associated with vehicle wrapping activities. I know the risk and danger to myself and my property, both from known and unanticipated risks, while participating in contests and/or training within the Event area and I do so willingly, voluntarily, and in reliance upon my own judgment and ability, and I hereby assume all risk of loss, damage or injury (including death and dismemberment) to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC or others.

C. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC and the Released Parties from any and all loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including attorneys' fees and costs of litigation, that may be incurred due to the presence of the undersigned in or about the Event, whether caused by the negligence of THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC or otherwise.

D. MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION In the event of an emergency, I authorize THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC and its representatives to secure emergency medical treatment, transportation, and hospitalization on my behalf. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs associated with such emergency medical treatment. I release the Released Parties from any liability arising from the decision to seek or not seek emergency medical treatment or transportation.

E. MEDIA RELEASE I understand that while participating in this activity, I may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video, audio, or film likeness to be used in any media format (e.g., photo, video, website, social media, print publications, marketing materials, and other web-related publications) without payment or compensation for any legitimate purpose by the Released Parties. I also release any and all copyright ownership or claims to the Released Parties for any such recordings.

F. PARTICIPATION RULES AND CONDUCT I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC and Event staff. I agree to use all tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and responsible manner. I understand that THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC reserves the right to remove me from any contest or training activity if my conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of Event rules. I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs that would impair my ability to safely participate in the Event.

G. AGE AND CAPACITY REPRESENTATION I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and am legally competent to sign this Agreement. If the Participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement on behalf of the minor Participant. By signing below, the parent or legal guardian agrees to all terms herein on behalf of themselves and the minor Participant, and assumes all obligations and liabilities as set forth in this Agreement.

H. HEALTH CERTIFICATION I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in the Event activities. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to determine whether I am sufficiently fit and healthy enough to participate, and that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being at all times while at the Event.

I. SEVERABILITY I expressly agree that the foregoing waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law. If any portion thereof is held invalid or unenforceable, I agree that the remaining portions shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

J. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

K. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations. No oral representations, statements, or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
