Participant Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
Event: ISA 2025 - Las Vegas

Dates: April 23-25, 2025

In consideration of TWI (“THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC”) allowing me, to participate in the contests and/or training in their booth at the event described above (the “Event”); I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby agree to and make the following contractual representations pursuant to this Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”);

My participation in any contests or training is voluntary. Furthermore, the PARTICIPANT assumes all risks associated with participation in any contests within THE WRAP INSTITUTE’S BOOTH and releases THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC from any and all claims of loss and/or damage that may arise during participation in any contests or training within the TWI booth.

A. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I hereby Release, Waive, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the following parties (the “Released Parties”): THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC., including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, TWI sponsors and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members, agents, employees and volunteers (Individually and Collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all liability, loss, claims, demands, possible causes of action, court cost, attorneys’ fees and other expenses arising from lawsuit that may otherwise accrue from any loss, damage or injury (including death and dismemberment) to my person or property in any way resulting from my participation in the Event, including but not limited to, liability arising from a negligence act, fault or omission of the entities or persons released, from any known or unknown risks which could lead to disability, personal injury, sickness (including Covid-19), property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me by my participation in the Event.

B. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I know the risk and danger to myself and my property, both from known risk and unanticipated risk, while participating in contests and or training within the “Event” area and I do so willingly, voluntarily, and in reliance upon my own judgment and ability, and I hereby assume all risk of loss, damage or injury (including death and dismemberment) to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC or others.

C. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC from loss, liability damage, or cost, including attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation, it may incur due to the presence of the undersigned in or about the “Event” whether caused by the negligence of THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC or otherwise.

I understand while participating in this activity, I may be filmed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used in any digital media format (e.g., photo, video, website and other web-related publications) without payment for any legitimate purpose by the “Released Parties”. I also release any and all copyright ownership or claims to the “Released Parties.”
